Meet Your Instructor

Hi! I’m Larissa O’Loughlin. I am a Registered Nurse, Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Certified American Heart Association CPR Instructor, and Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST). I am the owner of The Mama Coach based in Westchester, NY.

I teach parents lifesaving skills through CPR instruction and car seat safety education. As an infant feeding specialist and sleep consultant, I also work with parents one-on-one to support them through feeding and sleep challenges.

I have taught hundreds of families about introducing solids and how to perform CPR through both virtual webinars and in-person classes. I am thrilled to make this education available to more parents with the Starting Solids Safely online course.

As a parent of two young kids, and someone with severe food allergies, I know how anxiety-provoking the milestone of starting solids can be. My goal with this course is to make you feel prepared, confident, and empowered to feed your baby — leading to less stress, and more fun!
