With over ten years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience, I bring valuable expertise to your prenatal class. Plus, I make your class FUN! My education will help you feel more prepared and less anxious about your upcoming delivery. Learn more about my available private prenatal sessions below.

Private Childbirth Class

Are you busy working as well as trying to prepare for your new baby’s arrival? Maybe you have what feels like a million questions or a unique pregnancy circumstance and would like a class specifically tailored to you. My private prenatal class will help you feel more confident and prepared for your upcoming birth.

During your one-on-one session you will learn: signs of labor, pain management strategies, tips for partners, when to go to the hospital, pain control options once you are in the hospital, vaginal birth, cesarean birth, postpartum care, newborn care, and so much more.

This class typically runs 3-4 hours long and includes email support from me until your delivery.

Private Breastfeeding Class

In-Home or Virtual

This 1.5 hour private class will help you prepare you for successful breastfeeding. Topics covered include supplies for nursing and pumping, latching and positioning, how to avoid sore nipples and what to do if they happen, what to do if baby isn’t latching, pumping and hand expression, pacifiers and bottles, and more.

Do you know what to do in a choking emergency? As a Certified American Heart Association CPR Instructor, I will teach you lifesaving skills to give you peace of mind when you bring your baby home. A CPR class can be added on to your prenatal class. Click below to learn more.
